Oxidation catalysts
Used for lean burn engines and gas turbines. They oxidate carbon monoxide and other hydrocarbons.
Oxidation catalysts are used for exhaust gas purification in gas engines and ignition jet engines that are operated with fuels from biogas plants, sewage gas plants, landfill gas plants and mine gas plants. Oxidation catalysts convert formaldehyde (HCHO), consisting of hydrocarbon (HC) and oxygen (O2), and carbon monoxide (CO) with a conversion rate of > 90 % to carbon dioxide (CO2) and water (H2O).
The basis of oxidation catalysts are very thin, high-temperature stable foils made of heat-resistant alloys, which receive a honeycomb-like structure through a special winding. For safe reduction of formaldehyde and carbon monoxide, the wound metal foils are coated with a special, precious metal containing and sulphur resistant coating.
Emission Partner oxidation catalysts are designed for high conversion efficiency of formaldehyde and carbon monoxide and for long-term stability.
All our oxidation catalysts are manufactured 100% in our own production facilities and we guarantee that your emission limits will be safely complied with and that emissions measurements will be successfully passed.*
